The double cartridge design offers several advantages for chemical pump applications. Firstly, it provides enhanced sealing performance, as the two sets of seal faces work together to create a reliable and leak-free seal. This is especially important in chemical pumping applications where the fluids being handled can be corrosive or hazardous.Additionally, the cartridge design simplifies installation and maintenance. The entire seal assembly is pre-assembled in a cartridge, which can be easily removed and replaced without the need for complex disassembly and reassembly of individual seal components.
